Fiction
Main Characters:
Tiffany
A lot'a Wee Free Men (Tiny pictsies, the spelling is correct, with blue skin and red hair. They can head-butt a horse and knock it out without any injury, and they do stuff like this a lot. However, they speak a little funny, so I'm going to use their way of talking from now on.)
De Toad
De Quin
Ol' Granny Aching (Although she isn't really a character of the book, she appers there A LOT.)
Tiffany's wee brother Wensworth
Tiffany's a little farm girl who wants to be a witch when she grows up. She doesn't understand why stories always shows witches as cruel and sinister people. She doesn't know how to be a witch, but her teacher in witchcraft has told her that she's indeed very good for a witch, and that she'd learn how to be a great witch one day. And because she's something special, she bumped into hundreds of wee free men. They seem to follow her and do what she says. And all she wants to do is take her wee brother back from The Quin's land. But since The pictsies' Kelda died, and she's the new Kelda, she has to find a way to do that and save the pictsies from anything that can harm them, wqhich doesn't seem to be much. Crivens! Now she's in The Quin's land and finds out that saving wee Wensworth is easier said than done. Besides, as the Kelda, she has to marry a pictsie and have lots o' wee babis. Fortunately, she gets help from her granny, no matter that she's dead, and finaly manages to be the one she must be to save the wee boy.
The book is awesome. Anyone who likes laughing and/or adventure books and/or fantasy/fictoin deffinately must read it.
